From your favorite photo to a heirloom-quality portrait — here's exactly what to expect.
Choose your product & upload a photo
Pick a portrait, mug, necklace, or any keepsake from our collection. Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet (we'll guide you on what works best). Tell us about their personality, favorite toys, or special memories.
Our artist begins crafting
Within 48 hours, one of our skilled artisans is assigned to your order. They study your photo carefully — every whisker, every freckle, that one cocked ear. We don't trace, we don't filter — we paint, sculpt, and engrave by hand.
Preview & free unlimited revisions
Within 5–7 business days, you'll receive a digital preview. Want to brighten the eyes? Adjust the background? Add a name? Just say the word — revisions are free, unlimited, until you're truly happy.
Production & worldwide shipping
Once approved, we move into final production: framing, kiln-firing, polishing, packaging. Your finished piece ships in protective packaging with full tracking. Total turnaround: 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep.
Photo tips for the best result
- Natural daylight beats indoor lighting every time
- Get down to your pet's eye level
- Make sure their face is in focus, eyes clearly visible
- Avoid flash — it washes out fur color and detail
- Higher resolution = better portrait (at least 1MB)
