Ordering & Customization

How long does it take to receive my order?

Total turnaround is 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep: 5–7 business days for the digital preview, 5–7 days for revisions and production, plus 3–5 days for shipping.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo (at least 1MB) where your pet's face is sharp and eyes are visible. Natural daylight at eye level works best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images.

Can I include more than one pet in a single portrait?

Yes! Many of our products support 1–4 pets. Select your pet count when ordering. Multi-pet portraits do require a slight upcharge per additional pet, listed on each product page.

What if I don't like the preview?

Free unlimited revisions — really. Just reply with what you'd like changed (lighter background, brighter eyes, smile adjustment, anything) and our artist will revise. We don't move to production until you say yes.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on US orders over \$50. International shipping available to 50+ countries with tracked delivery (rates calculated at checkout).

Will I receive tracking?

Absolutely. The moment your order ships you'll get an email with full tracking. You can also check status anytime in your account.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to 50+ countries. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days after shipping. Customs/duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal — secure, buyer-protected, and accepted worldwide. You don't need a PayPal account to use it; you can pay as a guest with any major credit/debit card.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — within 24 hours of ordering, just email us. After 24 hours our artists will have started, so changes may not be possible. Free design revisions are always available before production.

What's your return policy?

Because every piece is custom-made for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved design, we'll replace it free of charge. See our full Refund Policy.
